. The Authority on behalf of the Parachute Training School at Brize Norton, has a requirement for the provision of a piece of training apparatus which can accurately simulate a Parachute Landing "Fall" in terms or height, speed and trajectory. The Parachute Landing Fall Simulator (PFLS) is to reinstate the Parachute Landing Simulator within the Airborne Delivery Wing (ADW) training hangar, at RAF BZN. Its purpose is to enable Parachute Landing Fall training to be conducted from height, replicating descent characteristics of the Low Level Parachute (LLP) used in the live environment.
