Description

In 2016 Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust set out a fresh Improvement Strategy 'Making it Better' which brings together key strategic, front line and enabling workstreams. One of those workstreams is the Organisational Development Programme. A key component of this programme is to develop embedded collective leadership and through that to help nurture a high engagement, improvement and performance culture.
