Description

The Electoral Commission are seeking a supplier for the provision of expertise in pay, reward, performance management and the management of talent. The aim is to have in place robust and fair systems for making decisions around pay, assessing performance, and rewarding good/high performance.

It is anticipated that the work will commence August 2016 and last for up to 8 months. Recommendations are to be in place for consideration by December 2016 followed by implementation by 31 March 2017.

We are looking for a consultancy that can provide expertise in all of the areas identified, in particular:
•Developing and embedding behaviours throughout an organisation
•Introducing new processes around performance management
•Developing and implementing new approaches to pay and reward
•Developing approaches to talent management
•Ensuring staff are involved and engaged
•A wide knowledge of approaches to pay and performance management in other organisations but particularly the public sector.
