Cheltenham Borough Council requires Transport Planning Consultancy support Services to produce a Borough-wide transport strategy which helps deliver Cheltenham's wider place making agenda, which integrates new development into the existing transport network and understands transport movements at both a strategic and neighbourhood level. The Council needs to understand how its neighbourhoods function and how it can develop a clear link and place approach.
