Description

This is an extension to the existing agreement whilst the MRC await the outcome of Planning application appeal.

The MRC are preparing for a tender for a 12 month contract in case the appeal is rejected.

SSA to ensure that a compliant contract is in place until the GLA decision date on the 06/10/17. Should the GLA approve the sale then a long term contract would not be required. However should the GLA reject the sale this SSA period provides enough time for a tender to be conducted.

To take control of the FM of the Mill Hill site, from 1st September - 31st March 2018, to:
