Description
We are currently working on the Kent CC Highways Term Maintenance contract and would be pleased to receive your quotation and capability statement for carrying out the patching and potholing works for this contract, all in accordance with the attached documentation.
We are looking for tenderers to quote the attached SoR and include all labour, plant, equipment, materials, disposal, overheads and profit etc. The provision of Chapter 8 signage should also be included within your rates, all other TM will be paid for in accordance with the schedule. If you are unable to supply your own TM, please indicate in your submission and Amey will provide. Your rates should remain fixed until 30th April 2024.
Whilst the programme of work is still TBC, this will be a County-wide programme and we anticipate a 10 month programme with a spend in each of the 12 districts of circa £500k. If have preferred areas to work, please confirm your preference within your submission.
We request that you submit your rates by completing the Pricing Schedule attached and return via email in Excel format to amanda.felstead@amey.co.uk by 5pm on Friday 12th May 2023.
As part of your submission, please submit a capability statement covering the areas listed on the 'supply chain requirements' document attached and advise of any added value that you will bring to the contract. Please note that these documents will be taken into consideration during the evaluation of supply chain pricing submissions.
Note: you will be required to hold Constructionline Gold accreditation to undertake works on the contract.
