Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a contractor for the Construct single storey extension adjoining RHS flank wall. To be of flat roof, Brick/Block cavity walls. Construction to have en suite Disable adapted shower room.

Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the Grant Works Contract which will be Signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works.
