Description

The contractor will be required to remove the current locker systems, benching and changing cubicles from the University's Sports Centre Changing rooms, and replace with new

Installation is required in December 2016.

The Sports Centre is to remain operational throughout the refurbishment period, therefore contractors should work on the basis that the university has a preference for one changing room to be operational at all times.

Contractors' proposals will optimise the space available for storage, and will be aesthetically versatile. There is no predetermined or specific requirement in terms of size or number of lockers to be installed

As a minimum the contractor will provide the following goods and services in scope of this contract:

a) Site Surveys as required
b) Remove existing equipment
c) Manage the disposal or resale of outgoing equipment
d) Project management
e) Install new equipment
f) Training and operational instructions for staff
g) Maintenance contract
h) On-going customer support
