Description

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are inviting Bids from Suppliers for Legal Services using the Light Touch Regime based on the 2 stage Restricted procedure as implemented in the United Kingdom by The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
ExtraCare are looking to appoint Supplier(s) to contract for the duration of a 3 year term plus option to extend for a further 2 years.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system.
When the tender documents have been made available bidding Suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tender' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.
Suppliers must submit their Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) response to this ITT by 15th July 2019 at 12:00 midday and the deadline for clarification questions is 8th July at 17:00 hrs
