1.1 Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') is carrying out Pre-Procurement Market Engagement ('PPME') in relation to this project to ensure more effective and robust commissioning and contract arrangements are in place to cover both Diversion from Care support and Support to CLA packages. To ensure consistency of approach and greater partnership working with the Support Services market.
