Description

Doncaster Council ("The Council"), in partnership with the Doncaster Opportunity Area, invite detailed proposals for a partner to provide schools in the borough with bespoke support to improve their recruitment practices. The Retention Support Wellbeing Project plans to support the heads of a number of target schools to create a bespoke package of training to focus on health and well-being for staff across their schools and so support teacher wellbeing and through this teacher retention. The successful provider will need to provide the following bespoke service to schools, working closely with the Doncaster Opportunity Area delivery team, which cuts across Doncaster Council and the DfE. The aim of this work is to retain quality teachers working in Doncaster schools.
