Description
Hull City Council (the "Council") is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of a worksite focused service, for the period of 2 years with an option for extension for up to a maximum of 12 months to assist in the identification and resolution of Council employees' concerns which affect or may affect their performance and attendance. The approximate annual number of referrals for counselling for the 5 previous years was 222 annually, with up to 5 counselling sessions per referral.
