Description

The London Borough of Hackney Children & Families Services are pleased to invite bids from organisations with the experience and skill to provide a Family Network Meetings Service for children and young people and their family network. The service will involve:
• arranging and facilitating family meetings with the aim of keeping the children/young person with their birth family
• resolving conflict and negotiation
• assisting families in agreeing a suitable care plan
• bringing a clinical perspective to meetings

The successful provider will need to:

• demonstrate an ability to work within a dynamic and innovative Children's Social Care Service
• have the ability to keep records and produce management information,
• evaluate input and outcomes of the Family Network Meeting
• keep to agreed budgets and maintain tight financial controls providing clear and detailed records of expenditure

The contract will be awarded for 3 years (starting July 2019) with the option to renew for up to a further 2 years in increments of one year subject to performance and funding.
The maximum budget available for this provision is £101,550.00 per year. Please note that the Council will be seeking bids that offer value for money.
The Council will be carrying out a restricted tender process which means short listing will take place after the completion and evaluation of a Supplier Questionnaire prior to organisations being invited to tender.
