Description

The Police and Crime Commissioners for Lancashire (the Authority) is inviting mini quotations on the terms set out in the Reactive, Repairs & Maintenance Minor Works Framework Agreement for Lot 2 - Ground maintenance for work on the 1st floor of the pavilion building at HQ

The work is for the repurposing of seven rooms on the 1st floor to create a self-contained facility.
This will involve the strip out of existing benching, Removal of 5 Glass and steel partition walls, Make good walls and flooring. Carpet 1 office floor, fabrication and installation of the new perimeter benching. Make good walls and flooring. Construct doorway within existing corridor. Installation of data and power cabling. Installation of new proximity entrance points. Construct new doorway within corridor. The following paragraphs details these requirements.
