Reading Borough Council wish to appoint a contractor for the preparation of site and construction of a rear extension and internal alterations in accordance with the obtained Building Control Approval, Structural Calculations and Drawings at 773, Oxford Road, Reading, RG30 6TU. The property is currently occupied.
