Description

Norwich City Council is seeking a supplier for the supply and installation of noise absorption materials on the third floor of City Hall to achieve an ambient noise level range from 45-50dBA in all areas. The offices are open plan and all rooms are constructed from hard surface materials. The walls are plastered masonry and the ceilings are plastered concrete containing a wet heating system. The building is Grade II* listed.
