Description
Nottinghamshire County Council as the Authority are seeking to procure an all-in-one online booking and management system (BMS) for the Notts Outdoors service. This will provide on-line payment facilities and a booking management platform for the outdoor centres for their school and group bookings to completely manage activity within the outdoor education centres.
The contract will be awarded to a single supplier for an initial term of 3 years with the possibility to extend for a further two 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance.
