Description

The British Council is looking to Identify local partner(s) to deliver Cambridge English exams in specified areas, engaging with local schools and educational institutions, for the delivery. Examination delivery will be in the periods March-July, and November-December as a minimum. Five (5) separate locations are included in the tender. Bids will be accepted for any single, multiple, or all of the locations.

- Utrecht - delivery of approximately 2,000 - 2,500 exams p.a.
- Gelderland - delivery of approximately 2,500 - 3,000 exams p.a.
- Amsterdam - delivery of approximately 2,000 - 2,500 exams p.a.
- Rotterdam - delivery of approximately 500 - 1,000 exams p.a.
- The Hague - delivery of approximately 1,500 - 2,000 exams p.a

It is expected that the local partner manages the end-to-end relationship with candidates, feeder institutions, examiners, venues, test day personnel, manage the registration systems and processes, deliver the tests in compliance with Cambridge and British Council standards.

The partner will be paid a commission equalling 30% of the candidate test fee, per candidate. Note details in Points 2 to 4 in regard to both parties' responsibilities. The Sub-centres duties and responsibilities, as listed below, will be fully funded by the partner (except where otherwise indicated).
