Description

Newcastle Laboratory, located at Science Central in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a bespoke design and build
commercial facility, offering approximately 80,000 square feet of high quality laboratory and office spaces to life
science and healthcare businesses.
The Council requires a highly qualified and professional facilities management provider to run all specified
elements of hard and soft facilities management, to the highly technical and professional levels of competency
required by a facility of this nature on the Council's behalf.
