Description

The Employer (WDH) has appointed a contractor to provide Pre-Construction Services which include but not limited to design, planning, costing and technical services in relation to a new build Residential Development of 120 no dwellings at Farm lane, Kinsley (Fitzwilliam) .

Subject to the successful completion of PCSA stages and agreement of costs, the Employer intends to enter into a building contract for the Design and Build of the the scheme at at Farm lane, Kinsley (Fitzwilliam),

The estimated construction value of the Main Works is circa £24m

This underlying contract is awarded via a direct selection from Lot 4: Schemes of 70 Units and Over of the EN:Procure New Build Framework (Yorkshire and Humber) dated 1st December 2019 (OJEU reference 582841-2019)
