Description

As part of the onboarding process for Health and Social Care programmes at the University of Derby a health questionnaire is issued to every student. The questionnaire will determine what actions are to be taken ie fitness to work, vaccination programme or any referrals. We are looking for an Occupational Health Services provider to deliver these services.
