Refurbishments alterations and decorations to the gymnasium building to include: -
Redecorations to external cladding Localised repairs to cladding Replacement of defective rainwater goods and other exterior trim / components. Internal redecorations Reconfigurations and full refurbishments to WC / shower / changing areas. Formation of a fixed (internal) roof access provision (ladder and hatch) with all necessary safety installations. M&E services works in connection with the above works. Localised structural repairs / making good to building structure.
