Description

The contractor is to provide a suitable, web based and user friendly Facilities Management system at the Colindale offices inclusive of continuous service support and training, over the 5 year period. There are mandatory service streams required which include GDPR compliance, incident resolution with SLA's, staff communication options, appointment/visitor logging, delivery management solutions, Induction checklist, contractor management and storage locations for relevant FM files.
