Description

The University wishes to appoint one or more supplier(s) of Occupational Health Services capable of dealing with occupational health and wellbeing needs of staff members.

The University aims to provide an exemplary service for its staff via a supplier of high quality occupational health and wellbeing services.
Professional competence, clear and effective communication, timely notification of actions due and responsiveness are especially important to the University in its engagement with suppliers of Occupational Health services.

The specification below describes the 4 different types of service we require.
Lot 1
1. Occupational Health assessments - either face-to-face or via telephone consultations
2. Health surveillance
3. Pre-employment screening

Lot 2
4. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Our aim is to continue to provide all of these services via one or more suppliers.

This tender has been drafted to enable a potential supplier to bid for
services 1 to 3 above (Lot 1 of this tender)
and/or
service 4 above (Lot 2 of this tender).
