To procure the services of a consultant with experience of GIS mapping of energy assets and systems to undertake a Hub-wide assessment and geo-spatial mapping of energy assets (existing, proposed and potential) relevant to the Hub's four strategic priorities, along with associated infrastructure, across the whole North East and Yorkshire geography and local authority boundaries.
