Description
The Authority has a requirement for the supply and maintenance of Fully WRAS approved water supply units. These shall be for the purpose of washing light goods vehicles (LGV) and heavy goods vehicles (HGV) and possible occasional property maintenance use.
The contract has not been divided into Lots as the requirement is for consistency of equipment. The contract is intended to be awarded as a one-off supply and includes the first year maintenance and an option for two further years maintenance.
The Scope of the Contract will include supply, delivery, maintenance and support and potentially end of life disposal. Full details of the requirement are provided in the tender documents. The Authority requires a minimum of eighty (80) units.
The contract is tendered on terms and conditions provided with the tender documentation.
Bidders are required to complete online the selection criteria questions, and then complete and submit their responses to the downloadable quality questions as well as the Pricing Schedule.
The value of the contract stated in this notice is indicative only and may be subject to change based on the volume of units purchased and maintenance costs.
Evaluation of tenders received will be in accordance with the selection and award criteria stated in the tender documents to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The contract may be awarded in whole or in part.
The resulting contract shall be for the sole use of Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority only.
