South Tyneside Council / South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework of up to 3 contractors to deliver floor covering installation works as one off jobs as and when required. This could also include the potential for a scheme of planned works therefore the option to carry out a mini competition to ensure best value for a larger scheme will be required.
