Description

Contract for water hygiene monitoring services for Bernicia Homes.
The requirements include -
• Monthly monitoring & temperature testing
• 6 monthly tank inspections

• Annual Tank Cleans (arranged upon results of monitoring inspections)
• Quarterly Shower Cleans (sheltered schemes only)
• TMV temperature testing/servicing
This contract may also include risk assessments.Training may also be required to be delivered by thesuccessful tenderer throughout the term of the contract.
Please note tenderers must be able to confirm they are members of the Legionella Control Association and thattheir organisation has an electronic database system for use to manage site visit reports, temperature recordsand non compliance reports. These are mandatory requirements. Tenders will not be evaluated if tendererscannot confirm these requirements.
