Description
It is a business-critical application for LBI's Electoral Services as it is used to maintain the Electoral Register for Islington. The EMS enables LBI to support and facilitate the management, reporting and compliance of future elections within the borough. The system will be required to enable compliance with all current electoral legislation, with a guarantee for future development that will enable the ERO to fulfil all legal obligations and to comply with published Electoral Commission Performance Standards throughout the term of the contract.
