The Council sought accommodation for Adults with Learning
Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health Conditions, who may also have needs due to aging and physical health and/or behaviours which challenge.

The intention of securing the Property is to provide long term secure accommodation for individuals to meet the Council's aim of providing Supported Accommodation as an alternative to residential care for individuals with care and support needs.
