Description

The Council wishes to procure a electronic pupil education plan, which allows professionals to access a system to track the progress of children. The contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months. The system access will comprise of user access rights/software licences and ongoing maintenance and support for the duration of the contract period.
The procurement process being used is open and all bids will be scored against the evaluation criteria, which is split by Quality 70% weighting and Price 30% weighting.

The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for this Contract.
