Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of supported housing for people with a learning disability.

To provide short term housing to people with a learning disability and support to develop life skills ready for independent living.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 years with 2 options to extend, each being 2 years. The estimated budget is £70,000 to £93,000 per annum, with a total budget including all options for extension of £490,000 to £651,000.
