Description
This is a multidisciplinary framework to cover the full requirement for a range of Minor Works disciplines, for a list of eligible contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom. It is not mandatory to cover this whole region, as Contractors will be able to elect whether to participate in calls for further competition. There is also a
mechanism for direct award, with terms outlined in the full tender documents.
The tender will be split into lots. There is no limit to the number of lots that Contractors may be appointed to. Any organisation, or consortium, can apply to provide the required works.
Lot 1 is 'Fabric Work & Refurbishment', and includes:
Painting & Decoration, Carpentry, Fit-out and Flooring, Roofing, Door and Window Replacement and Repair, Locksmith, Repair and Replacement of Installations, Plumbing, General Repairs and Maintenance, General Trades, Landscaping.
Lot 2 is 'Electrical and Mechanical', and includes: Electrical Trades & Installations; Lift & Elevator Engineering; Mechanical Repairs; Related
Services;
Lot 3 is for 'Fencing Installations', and includes design, supply and installation of temporary fencing for works; security fencing such as mesh and
palisade; wooden fencing; hoarding and boarding; debris netting and related items.
Lot 4 is 'Ground Works and Civil Works', and includes parking installations, surfacing works, small infrastructure works projects, civil engineer and road
repairs.
Lot 5 is 'Utilities Installations and Repairs Including Renewables',
Lot 6 is 'Small Build Projects', and includes simple design and build projects, installation of shelters and other structures (permanent and temporary), conversions and structural maintenance.
