Description

The University of Worcester has a requirement to carry out a condition survey of all buildings and external areas to determine the overall condition of the mechanical, electrical and fabric infrastructure and establish where its condition fails to comply with current legislation and enable development of an Estates maintenance strategy. Further to this the data collected is to be arranged into a detailed 30 year planned maintenance programme.
