4B - CCTV - undertake the downloading and provision of video images and footage, maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or renewal of Closed-Circuit Television Systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
4C - Aircraft Warning Lights - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of aircraft warning lights to high-rise residential buildings owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
4D - Lightning Conductors - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of lightning protection systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
