Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to deliver a secure cycle park to encourage those working, visiting, or living in the town centre to cycle, knowing their bikes will be safe.

Lot 1 - Supply and install of two tier cycle racks
Lot 2 - Supply and manage an Off the shelf booking system where users can register to use the facility and payment mechanisms
