Description

Essex County County are Procuring on behalf of Tendring District Council.\r

The District wishes to appoint a Planning Consultant to fulfil all services required over RIBA stages 1 to 6.\r

This tender seeks a Planning Consultant to oversee services from RIBA stages 1-6 and handle conditions discharge for Tendring DC. The appointed consultant is expected to comply with general conditions, undertake Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and not utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM).
