Description
Wyre Forest District Council ("The Council") wish to appoint a Contractor to demolish the now redundant Glades Leisure Centre in Bromsgrove Street, Kidderminster. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender.
The works include installing hoarding around the perimeter of the site, removal of asbestos and careful demolition of centre and grubbing out.
The works are to start within 4 weeks of the deadline date and to be completed within 16 weeks (2 weeks over Christmas and New Year not included)
Submission of tenders should be made electronically to Due North by 11am Friday 4th November.
