Works to cricket pavilion
*Remove boards from window openings x7 and block up with 100mm termalite blocks.
*Render outside openings and skim inside openings ready for painting.
*Remove all guttering and paint fascia baords. Supply and fit new black half round guttering to building with down pipes.
*Paint inside and outside of building with magnolia. Woodstain exterior woodwork. Paint floor grey.
* Supply and fit 2m timber fencing and posts and gate around the back of the shed and pavilion (prevent vandelism)
Works to Cricket Shed
*To make and fit softwood framed T & G boarding faced doors backed up with plywood sheet internally. Doors need to be made to a height of main triangle roof point to allow goals to be stored. Strengthening may be required to roof structure. Doors to be primed with undercoat or stain.
* Supply and fit 2 keypad locks on doors.
* Remove gutters, paint fascias then refit gutters.
* Paint exterior of shed in magnolia.
*Block up hole in shed.
All waste to be cleared from site.
