Description

The Council wishes to purchase a perpetrator programme to work with perpetrators and vulnerable families and those deemed at risk of becoming a perpetrator, which will deliver;

- Perpetrator programme which is evidenced based
- Work with the perpetrators and their families:

I. where children are placed at risk from the effects of domestic abuse
II. where the perpetrators continue to live in the family home or who have considerable contact with the family
III. as part of a whole family approach to domestic violence and abuse, parental mental health and parental substance misuse

- Provide a service to those perceived to be at risk of becoming perpetrators to ensure access to early intervention/ prevention services
- Deliver group and 1-2-1 programmes
- Partnership Approach Working
