One (1) full set of reaction vessels for acid digestion, vessel rack and turntable.
Cefas require the microwave system to consist of the following:
- A minimum of 1800 Watt dual magnetron
- Internally coated with fluoropolymer (or equivalent) and corrosion resistant exhaust system.
- Ability to save data immediately to create digestion report
- Minimum 40 place rotor with vent and reseal technology, capable of high pressure (minimum 35 bar) and high temperature (180°C or more) with vessel volume of >50ml.
- Full set of vessels and their ancillary parts.
- Fixed-vessel shield to allow for easy removal of vessels
- Temperature control and monitoring of vessels
- Safety features such as power cut off in event of over-pressurization, auto-vent etc.
- Control terminal that operates the microwave system. A statement with regards to costs of firmware/software updates throughout the lifetime of the equipment is required if applicable.
