Description

The University maintains a pool of 250 laptops (known locally as iBorrows) across its library sites, these can be booked out and used by students anywhere within our libraries. Our existing devices are approaching the end of their serviceable life and we are intending to refresh this provision before September 2019.

We are expecting to make and initial purchase of 250 devices in early to mid-July for delivery in the first week of August and will award the successful bidder with a 1 year contract as preferred supplier for iBorrow laptops. Therefore any additional i-Borrow laptops required by the University between 1st August 2019 and 31st July 2020 will be ordered from the successful bidder.
