Calderdale Council is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for the development of a digital platform for Healthy Futures Calderdale.

Healthy Futures Calderdale is a multiagency partnership in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, which supports the health and wellbeing needs of school-aged children and their families.

Following this expression of interest exercise, the Council will be looking for a supplier to develop a digital platform which will act as a single point of contact for families and professionals seeking health and wellbeing advice, information, support and guidance.
