Description

A programme to attract experienced industry professionals from key sectors into FE teaching. This funding provides financial support to enable new teachers to teacher training qualifications, receive early career support & mentoring, and have reduced classroom time in their first year of teaching. Additionally, the fund supports a number of innovative projects to build a sustainable and ongoing exchange between industry and FE.
