Description

All of the ITT documents are supplied to Suppliers electronically. The Council has adopted a web-based electronic supplier and contract management system to manage all Tender processes. The eTendering tool the Council uses is called ProContract and can be found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk

The Council is looking for an operator for the Mobile Ice-Cream Concession at Gundimore Promenade, Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4AG.

The concession is located at what is locally known as Gundimore Promenade and Beach which is on the edge of the coastline between Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach, Christchurch, Dorset.

The concession area lies between two existing areas where exclusive trading rights exist.

The promenade and lower path are coastal routes for those walking/cycling between Mudeford Quay, Avon Beach, Friars Cliff, Steamer Point, Highcliffe Castle and Highcliffe Cliff Top also many people also use this beach during periods of good weather.
