Description

The Council wishes to commission a new suicide bereavement service for individuals and families affected by suicide. The postvention service will predominantly focus on the Next of Kin and close family of the deceased, and will offer a liaison service to help support their practical and emotional needs following the death; and guide them through the coronial and legal process.
We are looking for a suitably experienced provider to deliver three main elements:
I. A liaison function - providing tailored ongoing liaison support predominantly to the Next of Kin
II. An information and signposting function.
III. Development of peer led support.
