Description
Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for a Health & Wellbeing Survey 2019.The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open Non EU procedure, as required by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015).
The successful provider will be expected to undertake all the fieldwork and data entry for the survey, and produce a short report detailing the methods used, and any problems or potential biases of the survey, and including an estimated survey response rate.
The Authority proposes to enter into Contract for a period of approximately 6 months with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider).
The anticipated service commencement date is 7 January 2019
The anticipated budget available for the duration of this contract will be no higher than £45,000.
