Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston (the Council) operates a Print & Design Framework that supports the Council in communicating key messages. The current framework is due to expire on 11 March 2022. The Council is keen to explore options for the future operation of the Print & Design Framework.

This Soft Market Testing objectives are to:

i) Understand levels of interest in participation for the new framework

ii) Hear your feedback and suggestions on the proposed framework structure

iii) Hear your feedback and suggestion for the social value considerations of the new framework

The council will answer all enquiries via the London Tenders Portal messaging function. The final deadline for clarifications is 12.00 noon on 23 July 2021

The completed questionnaire must be returned no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 30 July 2021 bearing the reference 'Print & Design soft market test' and returned via the London Tenders portal.
