Description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Energy 2050, Mechanical Engineering for a Tuneable Dye Laser.

Scope of Requirement:

We are looking for the purchase, delivery and commissioning of an Nd:YAG pumped dye laser system is required. Its main use will be in diagnostic studies of flames using the technique of planar laser induced fluorescence (PLIF) to observe several chemical species, specifically OH, CH and NO.
