Description
The Authority is seeking a bidder for the design and commission development of an online cloud based enforcement tool, to support all Local Authorities across England & Wales enforce the requirements of the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England & Wales) Regulations 2015 (referred to as MEES). Specifically in relation to non-domestic properties, to help identify, non-domestic properties that may not meet the minimum energy efficiency standards.
